Italian media reports that Paris Saint-Germain is planning an offer of up to £ 128 million for Napoli star Victor Osimhen.

The French giants have declared the 24-year-old their "main target" and plan to offer an opening bid of £102–107 million with add-ons.

Even though Napoli owner and chairman Aurelio de Laurentiis recently stated that the Italian champions and the player had verbally agreed to a two-year contract extension and that they would be meeting with the player's agent to discuss the matter, this news still stands. According to Alfredo Pedulla of Sportitalia, offers for Osimhen "will arrive very soon" amid interest from Manchester United and Chelsea.

Osimhen has established a reputation as one of Europe's deadliest strikers since joining the Gli Azzurri for £74 million from Lille three years ago. Osimhen has scored 59 goals in 101 outings.
