President Bola Tinubu said yesterday that the completion of critical infrastructure projects by his administration was an example of what Nigeria is capable of accomplishing when its leaders work together towards a common goal, despite political divisions and personal interests.

In light of this, he said that the FCT administration's commissioning of the expanded outer southern highway, or OSEX, was evidence of the strength of cooperation and partnership that transcends political and other ties.

The President made this statement at the presidential commissioning ceremony for the full-scope development of OSEX from the Villa roundabout to Ring Road 1 (RR1) in Abuja,

Tinubu, who was represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, stated that the expanded outer southern highway was extremely important for the FCT, its residents, and tourists.

He expressed his gratitude to Minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, and his team for quickening progress and giving Abuja citizens newfound hope, and also reaffirming his administration's commitment to improving the quality of life for all Nigerians.
