Staff at the National Secretariat of the People's Democratic Party, or PDP, have turned to prayer ahead of Wednesday's ruling by the Presidential Election Petition Court, or PEPC.

As of the time this report arrived, the Tuesday prayer session that started at the PDP Chapel in Wadata Plaza, Wuse Zone 5, was still going strong.

As the Presidential Election Petition Court declares its judgement in the case brought by the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, against the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023 Presidential election, there are reports from the session that the party's staff is engulfed in a series of prayers pleading for divine intervention.

Remember that Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, was declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
