Tribunal Dismisses Omo-Agege’s Petition against Oborevwori

The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal on Friday, dismissed the petition filed by the candidate of the APC, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, challenging the election of Governor Sheriff Oborevwor

The tribunal, led by Justice C.H. Ahuchaogu, rendered its judgment, affirming Oborevwor as the rightful winner of the March 18, 2023 gubernatorial election in the state.
