Sowore Launches AAC Governorship Campaign in Edo State

The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) , Mr. Omoyele Sowore, has launched the party's gubernatorial campaign at the Youth House on Akpakpava Road in Benin City, Edo State.

In a speech to party members, Sowore encouraged them to expect to win the September 21, 2024 gubernatorial election.

Dignitaries including the party chairman, Gabriel Erhahon; the deputy, Mike Ogbanya; the state secretary, Pastor Nathaniel; the national organising secretary, Paul Oshiokhue; the TIB national coordinator, Juwon Sanyaolu; and other prominent figures attended the governorship campaign kickoff.

Addressing the party faithful and other well-wishers of the state, the Edo State AAC chairman, Mr. Gabriel Erhahon assured the good people of the state of a divine change.

He asked people to turn out in large numbers to cast and safeguard their ballots on September 21.
