The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) has asked President Bola Tinubu to be bold and fix all the problems caused by the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration, especially the appointment of "Ministers, Service Chiefs, and other Heads of Parastatals," as Nigeria celebrates Democracy Day.
ECWA likewise spoke to the President to do all inside its power by guaranteeing it brings the excess 97 Chibok school young ladies, Leah Sharibu, Alice Loksha Ngaddah, Beauty Lukas, Lilian Daniel Gyang and all others still in imprisonment.
In honor of Democracy Day in the nation, the Church's President, Rev. Stephen Baba Panya, made the appeal.
“Today is truly special because it is the first time in the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that all elected and newly sworn-in governors, as well as a large number of members of the national and state assemblies from across Nigeria, are present.
“The government of the people, by the people, and for the people is what is meant to be called democracy; Therefore, anything less than meeting the requirements and goals of the people who elected democratic leaders would be deemed a complete failure.
“This administration must do everything in its power to ensure that Nigerians receive nothing less than the best after taking control of Nigeria's governance spaces.
“The citizens of Nigeria today are not smiling due to overwhelming pangs of death emanating especially from insecurities, massive community destruction, kidnapping, hunger, and general lack, to name a few,” I am sure the President knows very well.
“Nigerians are eagerly awaiting the prompt fulfillment of numerous promises made during their political campaigns just a few months ago by all of the current authorities.
