Speaking during the inauguration of the APC National Gubernatorial Campaign Council for Kogi State in Lokoja, Ganduje noted the importance of supporting the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, in the upcoming election.

He stressed the party's commitment to using progressivism as a political ideology to improve the lives of Nigerians through political actions and social reforms.

Ganduje also revealed that the APC is in the final stages of establishing a National Institute of Progressive Studies to institutionalize the progressive ideology in the nation's politics. This institute aims to channel and integrate progressive-minded politicians into the progressive ideology and political best practices.

The former Kano State governor urged Nigerians to remain patient and continue supporting President Bola Tinubu in addressing the country's economic challenges.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by six governors, former governors, senators, and numerous party stalwarts. Ganduje expressed confidence in the campaign team's ability to secure victory for the APC in the upcoming election, emphasizing that the campaign would be issues-based and engage in constructive dialogue with Kogi's electorate.

Governor Yahaya Bello expressed his confidence in the party's victory in the November 11 election, stating that it would be a landslide victory.
