Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi,  has organized a special victory prayer session for Bola Tinubu, the President-elect.

The monarch said in an Osogbo statement that the event would take place on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at his palace in Iwo. Tinubu and his wife, Senator Remi Tinubu, are expected to attend.

“It’s still expedient to pray for a successful and prosperous tenure for our pride. The glory of Yorubaland has returned. Let’s rally round and encourage him. On Sunday, 26th March, 2023, Yoruba stakeholders are invited to a special prayer session for the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“The session has neither political nor religious colouration. All lovers of Yoruba heritage are enjoined to attend the august occasion,” he stated.
