Zenith Bank has successfully completed its information technology infrastructure upgrade and has expressed regret for the disruptions experienced by customers during this period.

The bank had previously informed its clients of scheduled maintenance from September 29 to October 1, which prompted numerous complaints on social media regarding challenges with online banking transactions.

In response to these concerns, Zenith Bank issued a statement on Thursday via X.com, assuring customers that they can now access their accounts, conduct transactions, and utilize various banking services without issue.

In its communication, the bank acknowledged the inconvenience caused, stating, “Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for the service disruptions you experienced recently on our banking channels. This was due to an Information Technology upgrade aimed at improving the quality of service we provide you.”

The bank emphasized that the upgrade has enhanced its systems, allowing customers to perform transactions seamlessly across multiple platforms, including mobile apps and internet banking.
