UNIMAID Lecturer Brutally Killed on Campus by Unknown Men

Dr. Kamar Abdulkadir, a lecturer in the Department of Physical and Health Education (P.H.E) at the University of Maiduguri was tragically murdered in his office.

Abdulkadir met his untimely demise on Sunday when unidentified assailants entered his office and viciously attacked him with a knife and hammer.

According to sources, friends and associates of the deceased who shared on social media, the lecturer was discovered lifeless in a pool of blood, bearing multiple injuries inflicted by his assailants.

One source recounted, "His attempt to defend himself resulted in the loss of his hands as the attackers relentlessly stabbed him. They also brutally struck his head and spinal cord with a hammer, causing immediate fatality."

Reports indicate that the perpetrators also made off with his vehicle and other belongings, prompting authorities to launch a search for the suspects.

Efforts to obtain confirmation from Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Kenneth Daso, were unsuccessful at the time of reporting.
