Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation, has disclosed that the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) plans to relax the visa ban imposed on Nigerian travellers very soon.

Keyamo also mentioned that he is aware of the specific date when the travel ban would be lifted, but that it is up to the UAE government to make the official announcement.

Upon the lifting of the ban, Nigerian citizens can start traveling to the UAE again, thereby strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.
