Police Invite NPP’s National Youth Organizer to Aide in their Investigation for Wearing Military Camouflage

The Upper West Regional Police Command has invited the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Salam Mustapha, for wearing military camouflage.

He was required, according to the Police, to help with the investigation.

"You are respectfully invited to report to the Regional Police Command/Wa on April 7, 2023, at 11:00 Hours in ongoing police investigations in which you were seen wearing a Military camouflage contrary to "section 1 of the restriction on the use of military uniforms and equipment Act 1967, (NLCD) 177 as amended by restrictions on the use of military camouflag," according to the invitation letter, which was signed by the Upper West Regional Police Commander ACP Prince Gabriel Waabu.

“I wish to kindly request you to bring along the said military camouflage long-sleeved shirt to aid in investigations.”
