The Police in Osun, on Friday, charged Adewumi Boyeji, 28, and Babatunde Owolabi, 28, under the watchful eye of a Central Judges' Court in Osogbo for supposedly taking cruisers, estimated at N238,000.
The accused were accused of taking three cruisers and a vulcanising machine in Ora-Igbomina, Ifedayo Neighborhood Government Area of Osun.
Insp., Prosecutor of the Law Akintunde Jacob told the court that the accused conspired to steal from Ora-Igbomina Town at various times and locations between March and June.
According to Jacob, the accused stole Olajide Oluwatope's N105 000 vulcanizing machine from Papa Street in Ora-Igbomina on March 10 at around 9.00 p.m.
According to him, on May 15, around 4:30 p.m., they stole Adeleke Owolabi's N63,000 Jincheng motorcycle from Oke-Agbala Street, Ora-Igbomina.
"The charged on April 10, at around 5.20 a.m, at Oke-Kanga Road in Ora-Igbomina likewise took a Jincheng cruiser having a place with one Samson Opeyemi, esteemed at N70,000,
"Likewise, on June 26, at around 5.12a.m, at Oke-Afin Road, Ora-Igbomina, they carried off a Bajaj Fighter bike of Ajon Tersee, esteemed at N200,000," he said.
According to Jacob, the offense was in violation of Criminal Code Cap. 34, Vol. II Osun Laws, 2002
When their charges were read to them, the accused pleaded not guilty.
Their attorney, Kehinde Adepoju, made the most generous oral application for their bail.

The Central Judge, Olusegun Ayilara, truly them bail in the amount of N500,000 each and two guarantees in like total.
Ayilara further said that the guarantees should dwell inside the court's purview, give proof of expense installments and submit two identification size photos to the court.
He moved the hearing of the case to July 10.
