Osun Govt. Set up a Panel to Pursue the Prosecution of Suspects

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has established an eight-member panel to oversee the implementation of a report and White Paper regarding contracts awarded during the tenure of his predecessor, Gboyega Oyetola. 

The panel, formed in line with Adeleke's commitment to transparency and accountability, comprise various government officials and has been tasked with ensuring that the recommendations of the White Paper approved by the State Executive Council are enforced, prosecuting individuals implicated in any corrupt contracts, and implementing measures to prevent future contract irregularities. 

Adeleke emphasized his dedication to accountability and pledged to uphold the White Paper's directives, emphasizing the need to safeguard state assets and resources for both current and future generations.
