Henry Benamaisai has been appointed Sector Commander for Osun State Command by the Federal Road Safety Corps.
This was stated in a statement that was released on Tuesday in Osogbo by the spokesperson for the command, Agnes Ogungbemi.
According to Ogungbemi, Benamaisai is from the state of Bayelsa and has held various leadership positions within the Corps.
She says that the new Sector Commander has a lot of experience and has received a lot of local and international training.
She said: “Benamaisai served in all the six geo political zones in the country, before being transferred to Osun.
“Also, some of the positions which Benamaisai held include; pioneer Unit Commander RS 9.43 Njaba; Assistance Corps Commander, Special Marshal, Port-Harcourt.
“Others are: Deputy Corps Commander, Admin and Human Resources, Cross River State; CC Policy Research and Statistic RSHQ, ABUJA and Sector Commander, Edo which was the position he held prior to his latest appointment as Sector Commander in Osun.
“He is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Port Harcourt. He is happily married with children.”
Paul Okpe, the former Sector Commander in Osun State, was recently transferred to Edo State, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
