Kaduna Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps reports that one person died and three others were injured in a road traffic incident on the Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Wednesday night.

Kabir Nadabo, the Sector Commander, told journalists in Kaduna on Thursday that N8.7 million was recovered from the scene of the accident which happened at Olam on the Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Wednesday night at about 23:01 hours.

He claimed that an unnumbered trailer heading towards Kaduna was hit by a golf salon with registration number SBG 87 XB that was travelling from Minna, Niger state .

For additional care, the wounded were taken to Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital in Kaduna.

According to Nadabo, the N8.7 million that was found is with the command while they search for the rightful owner.
