Wizkid Announces Break From Music, Considers A Career In Sports

The talented singer responded to a threat from a fan who was pressuring him to release new music by making the comments in a series of posts on his Instagram page.

Popular Nigerian musician Ayodeji Balogun, AKA Wizkid has announced that he is taking a break from music and is now thinking about pursuing a career in sports.

The talented singer responded to a threat from a fan who was pressuring him to release new music by making the comments in a series of posts on his Instagram page.

After initially posting a laughing emoji in response to the post, Wizkid later announced on his Instagram page that he was currently on holiday.

"Una papa dey holiday, make I enjoy," he wrote.

He went on to say that he might look into other sports careers for four or five years after taking a break.

Wizkid joked around when he said that some of his career highlights were football, golf, FIFA, and wrestling when he eventually takes a break from music.

The singer's statement gained more online attention as a result of the large number of people who responded on the post's comment page.
