A viral video of the incident, shared online on Thursday, captures the moment when Churchill jumped in an attempt to touch a basketball net.

In the observed online video, he fell and struck his head on the ground.

Eyewitnesses rushed Churchill to the hospital, where he tragically passed away.

A lady with the Instagram handle #LadyResa revealed in an online chat that Churchill was her schoolmate at Nasarawa State University, adding that the skit maker was bedridden after the incident.

“He was bedridden with a neck collar. But couldn’t survive due to internal injury,” she claimed.

She also told the newsmen that Churchill died last Sunday.

Friends of the late skit maker and Netizens have continued to mourn him on the online platform X.
