This information was shared in a circular from the Registrar, G.O. Salisu, dated August 9, 2024, and directed to the Dean of Student Affairs.

According to the circular, students who applied for the loans and have already paid their fees are eligible for refunds.

It states, “The Nigerian Education Loan Fund has remitted the sum of N201 million only to the university account for the 2023/2024 academic session which cover the fees of 1,370 students of our university who applied for the NELFUND loan.”
