Sam Okudzeto is a Ghanaian Politician and a lawyer.  He says the law that regulates the mining should revise. He says our Gold and Oil are taken away with we sole owners of the mineral receiving peanuts we call loyalty.

“The mineral belongs to the state which means that president is only in charge just for us all why do we allow some foreigner to come and take all the Gold and oil away and the he pays you peanuts you call it loyalty. Should it not be whatever expenditure the person has made? In exploring or exploiting that should be put as debit right? When mineral is dugged out, the Gold, the bauxite, the manganese, the oil then that becomes whose property?  It should be the property of the state.”

He further stated it was just a suggestion he was making.
