Egypt, led by Mo Salah, is ranked 36th in the world, and Ivory Coast, led by Sebastien Haller, is ranked 38th. Both of these countries are ranked third and fourth in Africa, respectively.

Tunisia (41), Algeria (46), Cameroon (51), Mali (53), and South Africa (57) make up the remaining of the top 10 in Africa's rankings.
Spain, the victors of EURO 2024, have risen from ninth to third place globally, which is indicative of their recent success. The runners-up, England, have also improved, now sitting in fourth place.
Argentina, having won the 2022 FIFA World Cup, is still ranked #1 after adding the 2024 Copa America title to their collection. France holds their position in second place.
