On Thursday, Paris Saint-Germain defeated Roma 2-1 to win the Women's Champions League match, while Chelsea and Haecken drew goalless in London.
Grace Geyoro and Marie-Antoinette Katoto scored goals either side of the half to give PSG their first victory of the season; in the second half, Valentina Giacinti pulled one back for Roma.
Geyoro sent the 'keeper the wrong way from the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time, and Katoto extended the hosts' lead from close range after superb PSG interplay.
In the 54th minute, Katarzyna Kiedrzynek saved Manuela Giugliano's penalty excellently, before Giacinti delivered a stunning finish to have the Parc des Princes' nerves jangling with just over 30 minutes remaining.
Earlier, Bayern Munich were held at home by Ajax, with Chasity Grant's goal canceling out Lea Schueller's second-minute opener.
Chelsea and Haecken, the only two unbeaten clubs in Group D, drew 0-0 at Stamford Bridge, while Paris FC overcame Real Madrid 2-1 at home due to two goals in the opening six minutes from Julie Dufour and Gaetane Thiney.
Emma Hayes' Chelsea dominated the match but were unable to break down Haecken, who stay in first place on seven points, with Erin Cuthbert hitting the crossbar and Lauren James denied by an outstanding Jennifer Falk.
“(Haecken) did exactly what we thought they would do, so they’ve achieved what they wanted to,” Hayes said to UEFA after the goalless encounter.
