The 2023/2024 NPFL season officially came to an end day. The final Matchday 38 turned out to be filled with several emotions for fans of different clubs, as Rangers lifted the League title while Sporting Lagos ended up falling to relegation.

Bendel Insurance were battered at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, falling 2-0 to Bayelsa United while already relegated Doma United and Abia Warriors drew 1-1.

Mbaoma Chijioke won the league's Golden Boot after breaking the deadlock for Enyimba in their match against Plateau United. Alade Balogun scored the second goal for Finidi George's former club.

Kano Pillars led Lobi Stars 3–0 within 50 minutes, thanks to a brace from Adamu Musa and a goal from Ibrahim Nura. Lobi responded with two goals in the second half, but Pillars held on to win all three points at home.
Kwara United defeated already-relegated Heartland 4-0, while Niger Tornadoes emerged victorious in their match against sunshine stars, winning 2-1.
