Kevin De Bruyne has stated that he is "open" to a move to the Saudi Pro League (SPL) due to the "incredible" financial benefits associated with a move to the Gulf nation.

With one year remaining on his deal at the Etihad Stadium, the Manchester City midfielder has been linked to a transfer to Saudi Arabia.

According to an ESPN source, De Bruyne's agents visited ten Saudi teams in three days in May, and the Belgium star acknowledged that the financial incentives available there were enticing.

De Bruyne said in an interview with Belgian outlet HLN that at his age he has to be open to everything.

De Bruyne has been with City for nine years, winning the Premier League championship six times.Due to a hamstring injury, he missed the first five months of the previous season and only appeared in 18 league games.

De Bruyne, who is 32 years old and has been connected to an MLS move, stated it's time to start planning his next move.
