Former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has expressed his support for Nigerian chess master Tunde Onakoya as he embarks on a quest to break the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous chess marathon.
Onakoya aims to play chess for 58 hours straight without losing a game, starting from 10 am on April 17 until 8 pm on April 19 in Times Square, New York City.
Osinbajo conveyed his well-wishes to Onakoya, highlighting the significance of his endeavor for children across Africa who lack access to education. Accompanied by a photo of their chess match, Osinbajo encouraged Onakoya in his pursuit of the Guinness World Record.
