Eleven up-and-comers of the All Reformists Congress, APC, in Osun state for the last Public Gathering political decision have neglected to document petitions before the Political race Appeal Court in the state.

The APC pledged to challenge the poll's results after the PDP candidates were declared winners in the state's nine House of Representatives seats and three Senatorial Districts.

However, Barrister Muhammed Magaji, the tribunal's Secretary, stated that only Benjamin Adereti, the APC candidate for the Ife Federal Constituency, had submitted a petition opposing Taofeek Ajilesoro's election.

He claims that we have received a total of 14 petitions, three from the Senate contest and eleven from the House contest.

The Action Alliance (AA) submitted the three petitions for the senatorial race. The party (AA) likewise presented a request in regard of the nine Place of Delegates seats, one from APC's Benjamin Adereti, and another from NNPP's Tijjani Adekilekun against PDP's Bamidele Salam.

Due to the expiration of the Electoral Act's 21-day deadline, we are no longer expecting any petitions regarding the National Assembly election today.

Currently, we are still anticipating a petition regarding the March 11 House of Assembly election. We have not yet received any information regarding the outcome.
