Massive Declaration Rally by Adefisoye for Aiyedatiwa in Idanre

He vowed to reverse the party's fortunes in the National Assembly elections in 2025 and pledged efforts to unite APC members post-primary.

On Thursday, March 28, the Adefisoye Political Family pledged their unwavering support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa's gubernatorial bid in Idanre.

The official endorsement took place at the Idanre APC Secretariat, drawing a diverse crowd of party faithful, traders, artisans, drivers, motorcycle and taxi operators, and religious leaders.

Addressing the gathering, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye, the convener, rallied APC members in Idanre to support Governor Aiyedatiwa for the upcoming primary election on April 20, 2024. 

He promised a new era of inclusive party leadership in Idanre and assured the crowd of the governor's commitment to repairing rural roads in the area.

Adefisoye also pledged equitable distribution of appointments within the APC ranks and expressed confidence in Aiyedatiwa's victory in both the primary and general elections. 

He vowed to reverse the party's fortunes in the National Assembly elections in 2025 and pledged efforts to unite APC members post-primary.

Asserting his confidence in Governor Aiyedatiwa's credentials and leadership qualities, Adefisoye cautioned against any attempts to disrupt the primary election. 

He emphasized the end of anti-party politics in Idanre and anticipated a fair and transparent electoral process.

Notable political figures in attendance included former Idanre Local Government Chairman, Hon. Marcus Akinnayajo, Legislative Aide to Senator Adegbonmire, Hon. Adesoji Ayodeji, Chairman of Mandate Group, Hon. Lanke Akinde, and Vice Chairman of Mandate Group, Alhaji Yomi Akinsebikan. 

Additionally, representatives from various groups and unions such as the New Generation Group, G-10 Group, Irewolede Group, Association of Tailors in Idanre, Idanre Drivers’ Union, and Okada Riders Association participated in the event, which was moderated by Hon. Tunde Olomola.
