The Presidential Election Petitions Court has deferred judgment in Atiku Abubakar's petition to challenge the result of the February 25 presidential election.
The date would be communicated to parties, according to a five-member panel of justices led by Justice Haruna Tsammani.
Previously, the court saw the approval of final written addresses by parties in the petition challenging President Bola Tinubu's, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), victory.
