Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke of Osun State has called on the Muslim faithful to keep praying for his administration as they commemorate 445AH Eid-el-Fitr.

In a statement by his media aide, Olawale Rasheed, on Tuesday, April 9, Governor Adeleke congratulated the Muslims in Osun State and in Nigeria in general on the occasion of the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, wishing them a successful celebration.

The governor said, Congratulations to my Muslim brethren for seeing yet another Eid-el-Fitr celebration. In the last 30 days, we have fasted and prayed for both ourselves, our family, and the nation.

I wish to urge you all to continue praying for us and for our government. Prayers are never too much, and the Yoruba people will always say that what is already good requires prayer, and what is yet to be also requires prayer.

Let's also ensure that now and beyond, we live in unity because united we stand and divided we fall.

Adeleke expressed dedication to the speedy completion of the Muslim Pilgrim Camp without deserting any project.
