

Christians in Enugu State, Nigeria commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ in an awesome way.
According to the Lagos local news correspondent in Enugu, Indigenes of Enugu were all over the streets of the city celebrating Easter, the annual Christian festival in remembrance of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Adding that virtually, all the big malls in the city of Enugu were crowded with people who came for relaxation and fun. She said, Lots of people were in the queue buying food, drinks, Ice cream, Meat and other things at shoprite (polo mall).
Stating that it was as though the whole family in Enugu Metropolis went to celebrate Easter with their family members and loved ones in the streets of Enugu on Sunday, April 9th, 2023.
However, children were equally dragging themselves at the amusement section to ride horses, ferris wheel and swings etc.
Also masquerades were all over the city entertaining people by dancing and equally using their cane to scare motorists and individuals away from the road.
Beggars too were not left out as they were in strategic places in the city begging knowing fully well that they would be remembered by a lot of people today.
