Members of the Abia State Traditional Prime Ministers Forum, ATMF, have commended Governor Alex Otti’s administration’s infrastructural development, and have expressed their full support to the regime.
Chief Uche Akwukwaegbu, Chairman of ATMF, made the disclosure after a meeting of the forum in his home town, Amuzukwu Ibeku Umuahia, in Umuahia North Local Government Area. The Forum lauded Governor Otti following his massive infrastructure drive in all parts of the State relating it as unequalled.
Chief Akwukwaegbu further applauded Otti for his effective security strategy specifically at Umunneochi cattle market which he affirmed has drastically reduced the horrible security narrative in the place. He however urged the Governor to check the activities of some officials of Operation Crush who he alleged released suspects without rigorous investigation.
Secretary of the Forum, Chief Emmanuel Nwakanma, pleaded with Otti to carry the Forum along in the programmes and policies of the Government.
Executive member of ATMF, Chief Ikechi Nwadighi -Ogu expressed happinesses that their support for the Governor during the election was not misplaced as he is working in tandem with the yearning of the people.
