National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Mr. Emeka Rollas, has disclosed that although veteran actor Zack Orji underwent two brain surgeries, he survived them, and is getting better.
Rollas announced that Zack needed to be flown overseas for a post-surgery evaluation, expressing his dismay at those who spread rumours about Zack’s death.
He mentioned that "In this era of the internet, people tend to focus on growing their social media pages, often leading them to share false information. Recently, someone spread a rumour that Zack had passed away, but it was untrue. Zack is not in critical condition, he simply needs to undergo a post-surgery evaluation abroad and we are currently raising funds for this purpose.
He has pulled through two brain surgeries, he is in good health, and he is speaking. For somebody to say that Zack has passed on, is inhuman.” The national of AGN reiterated.
Recall that on Tuesday, March 29, rumours broke out that the actor had passed away, but Emeka Rollas rapidly debunked the claims.
It was gathered that actor Zack Orji had slumped on December 31, 2023, and was instantly admitted to the intensive care unit of the National Hospital in Abuja before he was moved to a private hospital for surgery.
