Police Arrest Man Who Accused E-Money of Dating Jnr Pope’s Widow

Emeka Okonkwo, commonly known as E-money, a well-known businessman, millionaire, and CEO of Five Star, has announced the arrest of a blogger who accused him of having a love affair with the wife of late actor Junior Pope.

On May 17, 2024, E-money initiated a search for anyone who accused him of sleeping with Junior Pope's wife, Jennifer Awele, and being involved in the actor's death on Facebook.

A few days later, E-money and the police were able to arrest the individual who was behind the deceptive claim.

The man accused E-money of having an affair with Junior Pope's wife and being one of those responsible for the death of the actor.

He said that even when Junior Pope was alive, he was sceptical of his wife's actions. He further stated that E-money's decision to care for Jnr Pope's children until they reach adulthood is motivated by his love relationship with Jnr Pope's spouse.

In the video, the man called out E-money and his group, accusing them of plotting Jnr Pope's death and claiming that he can now have Jnr Pope's wife to himself because he has succeeded in eliminating the famous actor.

E-money took to Instagram to announce the arrest, saying he is relieved to report that one of those involved for the character assassination against him has been captured by the Nigeria Police Force and will face prosecution. This is a huge step towards eradicating the epidemic of cyberbullying.

He expressed his profound gratitude to the devoted officers of the Nigerian police force for their unflinching dedication to justice.
