

Nigerian Afrobeat superstars, Burna Boy, Tems and Rema have made Africa proud with their spectacular performances at the halftime show of NBA All-star game 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The 72nd NBA All-Star Game, which is being led by Team LeBron James and Team Giannis Antetokounmpo, ended its second quarter and took a star-studded musical break, welcoming Afrobeat stars Burna Boy, Tems and Rema took to the center stage at the Vivint Arena.
It is reported that the NBA was celebrating Africa’s Global Contributions with their All-Star game performers.
Welcoming the stars to the stage was Toronto Raptors player Pascal Siakam, who is from Cameroon. The show opened with Burna Boy, who performed some of his hits like “Anybody,” “It’s Plenty,” and “Last Last.”
Rema then performed to an excited crowd with his renditions of “Calm Down” and “Holiday.”
Tems then closed the performance with her hits, “Crazy Tings,” “Free Mind,” and her verse from fellow Afrobeat star Wizkid’s “Essence,” and Future’s “Wait For U.”
