The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of 3,921 outstanding Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results for the 2024 examination.

Additionally, 24,535 candidates have been rescheduled for a new examination due to non-compliance with JAMB standards in some centers.

The rescheduled candidates are to print their supplementary Examination Notification Slip from June 4 to June 10 to confirm their designated examination centers. The rescheduled examination will take place on June 22, giving candidates two weeks to prepare.

Candidates can check their results by sending "RESULT" to 55019 or 66019 and those cleared will receive their results, while those rescheduled will be notified.

JAMB also announced a special registration exercise for 3,633 prospective candidates who did not participate in the 2024 UTME. These candidates are to register at approved CBT centers in Kwara, Oyo, and Osun states by June 10.

For the 469 candidates who had already taken the 2024 UTME, their previous results will suffice. The board aims to maintain standards while supporting qualified candidates.

The board also announced that 322 candidates have been migrated to the category of candidates under examination misconduct due to prima facie evidence of misconduct. These candidates will be further interrogated to establish their culpability.

The 2024 Direct Entry registration has been extended to June 17 to accommodate the increased number of prospective DE candidates. Registration points have been expanded beyond Professional Registration Centres in high-demand states.

The board urged all eligible candidates to take advantage of the opportunity to register, as no further extension will be entertained.
