Intercontinental Distillers Limited (IDL), one of the major participants in the Nigerian wine and spirit market, has honored its distributors for the past fiscal year with distributor awards and the relaunch of Teezers Sparking Cocktail's new look and new brand variations.
During the Lagos event, Patrick Anegbe, MD of IDL, highlighted the theme “Beyond Limits,” explaining that it represented the group's journey of pushing boundaries and reaching new heights for the company, her brand, and distributors.
The 2023 Distributors Award, according to Head of Sales Hope Gbagi, is a celebration of distributors who have reached notable milestones in their service to IDL and shown unwavering dedication. It is a monument to commitment and excellence.
Speaking at the event, Mobolaji Alalade, Head of Marketing at IDL, revealed that the company has introduced two new flavors to its Teezers Sparkling Cocktail Drink line in response to the changing tastes of Nigeria's youthful and vibrant population: Teezers Orange Flavour, which is meant for those looking for a zesty, refreshing citrus experience and embodies an invigorating source of energy with its vibrant colour, and Teezers Lemon and Ginger Flavour, which is a non-alcoholic option that is suitable for children and non-drinkers alike, ensuring inclusivity across demographics.
However, a stylish, practical 400ml container has replaced the 300ml bottle used in Teezers Sparkling Cocktail Drink's redesign. The brand label now has a modern look that fits in with the vibe of the modern era. Notably, the logo embraces the brand's youthful and lively spirit while exuding an air of elegance.
Alalade went on to support the IDL's recent Teezers Sparkling Cocktail Drink marketing campaign, "More Fun," which emphasized the need to give consumers more options and Teezers' distinct selling point as the Master of Fun.
