The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in a Press Release signed by the general Secretary issues a directive to the minority in parliament asking them not to approve any of the new ministerial nominees.

The statement also encourages the minority to push for a reduction in the size of government as the huge size of government drains the scarce resources available to Ghanaians.

The NDC has showed concerns of the large size of the current government and are of the view that the president should reduce the size of his government considering the economic constraints the country faces currently.
